Samantha brings her expertise to support The W Group's client-partners in project management, municipal communications, public engagement, marketing strategy, content creation, website development, print and digital communications, email marketing, and social media.

Alicia is involved in supporting all aspects of our client-partner projects. Her attention to detail and organizational skills support The W Group’s growth and elevate our team’s efficiency.
Along with Alicia's involvement in projects spanning all services offered by The W Group, she specializes in delivering our E-Learning, E-Newsletters and Privacy Awareness & Support Programs.

Zachary has been working with The W Group for over ten years. Zachary uses his creative direction, video production, and graphic design experience to ensure cohesive and vibrant designs that deliver on client-partner needs.

Lucy joins The W Group to support the team as the Manager of Client-Partner Success. Her experience in operations, marketing, and communications will be key in this role and she looks forward to bringing her positive energy and work ethic to the team.
A Word About Adel Waugh
Managing Partner
The W Group team lost one of its most valued team members in 2019 when Adel Waugh passed away after her courageous fight with breast cancer. Adel's constant positive attitude, as well as her ability to strike a balance between professionalism and being a true friend to all our team members and countless clients she worked with will have us miss her forever.
